The videos on this page feature my work in double bass pedagogy. The first five video excerpts are taken from the Art of the Bow and Art of the Left Hand DVDs, two state-of-the-art DVDs that feature live performances, lecutre-demonstrations, user-selectable camera angles, and biomechanics animations with François Rabbath. The remaining five videos were shot with Jason Heath from the Double Bass Blog. Mr. Heath has been using the Simandl Method in his teaching for decades and was curious to learn more about François Rabbath's Method. To be clear, Rabbath intends for his method to enhance other techniques, not replace them. As he is famous for saying, "The more ways you have to play, the more you are rich."
